In 2020 we set a goal to make Moss Adams an anti-racist firm. Our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) framework of awareness, action, and accountability drive us toward this goal by helping us identify biases, take concrete action, and hold ourselves accountable to lasting change.
The Moss Adams 2022 I&D Annual Report explores our recent progress toward achieving that goal. Some noteworthy progress includes:
- Ongoing collaboration with our business resource groups (BRG) to centralize I&D programming into the foundation of our firm
- Introducing our I&D governance framework to simplify and standardize our processes firmwide
- Launching our new I&D onboarding sessions for new hires to introduce our 5 Bold Commitments as foundational to our firm’s culture
- Establishing Juneteenth as a firm holiday, and introducing new options for our people to self-identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, to align with our commitment to be an inclusive workplace
