David has practiced public accounting since 1981. He primarily serves public and private clients in the oilfield service sector, including those with drilling, manufacturing and distribution, and engineering operations. David also has experience serving private equity groups and portfolio companies as well as privately held and middle-market technology companies.

David’s expertise includes tax provision reviews for public audit clients, US expatriate and foreign national tax issues, and export tax incentives including IC-DISC. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions ranging from $5 million to $12 billion. Prior to joining Moss Adams, David was an international tax partner at a Big Four firm.
