Biography

Jason has worked in public accounting since 1996. He primarily works with community banks and alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge, credit, and real estate funds.

Jason advises his clients on a wide array of domestic tax matters, from standard compliance issues to complex transactional planning. This includes formation, reorganization, and restructuring services.

Jason’s responsibilities include managing personnel in all phases of tax engagements and working directly with his clients to ensure tax planning is conducted on a timely and proactive basis.
