John has practiced public accounting since 1988. He advises companies on tax compliance and income tax reporting matters, including tax filing positions, complex transactions, and ASC 740 reporting requirements. He has served clients in the public and private sectors, working with firms and organizations both large and small. John has deep technical knowledge of ASC 740, income tax compliance, tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, and international tax matters.
Earlier in his career, John worked at a Big Four Firm, where he gained exposure to a wide variety of complex corporate tax and ASC 740 issues and served as outsourced tax director for several large corporations in the Denver area.
