Biography

A 25-plus year veteran in the wine industry, Bill partners with winery and vineyard clients to assist them in successfully navigating the operational and financial challenges of running their business.

Bill helps clients identify and track key operational and financial performance indicators to gauge progress and improve accountability across teams. He also evaluates an operation’s talent, systems, policies, and procedures to identify ways to improve.

Bill provides clients with advice and insights on  winery and vineyard branding strategies and performs assessments of winery operations and vineyards for new investors, or in preparation for an acquisition or sale.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Bill held executive management positions in several estate-owned wineries throughout Sonoma and Napa counties. This included managing start-ups, turnaround situations, and mature, established wineries.
