Biography

Dennis leads the firm’s employee stock ownership plan valuation practice and has been active in business valuation, capital planning, and financial analysis since 1981. His responsibilities also include management, sales, consulting, business valuation, and succession planning. A Chartered Financial Analyst and an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Dennis has testified as an expert witness in business valuation cases. In addition, he’s a well-known lecturer to business owners, CPAs, attorneys, and bankers on such topics as financial management, business valuation, and estate planning.

Dennis has acted as the financial advisor to more than 150 ESOP-owned businesses, including dozens of transactions (for transactional and annual valuation purposes).
