Biography

Diane has been active in business appraising and corporate financial management since 1981, having served as CFO for two firms prior to joining Moss Adams. In addition to leading the business appraisal practice for the firm’s dealer services practice, which serves auto, truck, recreation vehicle, motorcycle, and boat dealerships throughout the United States, she provides valuation services to clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, financial institutions, and professional services, with a special emphasis on projects involving succession planning.

Diane’s responsibilities include project management, business valuation, value consulting, financial consulting, and sales development. She supervises and prepares valuations for a wide variety of purposes including merger and acquisition, estate and gift planning, corporate planning, litigation support, and other purposes.
