Joe Blice
National Practice Leader, Oil & Gas


Joe has practiced public accounting since 1996. He provides a wide range of audit and accounting services for public and privately held companies in the energy industry. Joe has significant experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements and assists companies with mergers and acquisitions as well as initial and secondary securities offerings. He specializes in disclosures about oil and gas producing activities and foreign currency translation. Joe also serves clients in the real estate and manufacturing and distribution industries.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Joe served as the controller of a publicly traded oil and gas company where he assisted with a merger and a private placement for the organization. He began his career at a Big Four firm.
