Biography

Sharyl has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience and has successfully completed more than 1,500 valuations. She provides a range of valuation services with an emphasis on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Sharyl specializes in the appraisal of operating companies, family limited partnerships, and limited liability corporations for a variety of purposes, including ESOPs, estate and gift tax, potential sale and acquisition, divestitures, financial reporting, and corporate planning. Her expertise includes the valuation of intangible assets, such as common stock, restricted stock, preferred stock, general and limited partner interests, and identifiable intangible assets such as customer lists, patents, and non-competition agreements. Sharyl was selected as a 2014 Working Mother of the Year in Working Mother magazine.
