Emina Cresswell, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Emina has practiced public accounting since 2007. She is the tax coleader of the Washington State region’s not-for-profit practice. She focuses on tax compliance and consulting services for a wide range of not-for-profit clients, including public charities, private foundations, credit unions, and utility cooperatives. Emina also has extensive experience advising not-for-profit organizations on formation and termination of tax-exempt organizations, Forms 990 and 990-T, state reporting issues, tax reform implications, unrelated business income, related organizations, and taxable subsidiaries.

Mike Lumsden, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Mike has practiced public accounting since 2010. He specializes in providing tax services to tax-exempt organizations, such as health care companies, schools and universities, museums, and foundations. Mike has extensive experience with tax compliance, unrelated business income analysis, research, and complex tax matters related to ongoing compliance and targeted tax planning. He also works with for-profit clients, specifically corporations and partnerships.
