Winter/spring internships usually begin in January and end in March or April. Summer internships usually begin in mid-June and end in mid-August. If you’re a student at a school where we don’t recruit on campus, you can search for available internships and apply through our Careers site.
Yes. We provide staff and seniors support for the CPA exam, including review materials, exam sitting fees, and time off to sit for the exam. We also provide a bonus for those who pass all four parts of the exam within a specified period of time. In addition, we provide reimbursement for the cost of the ethics exam, initial licensing fees, and license renewal fees. Most roles are eligible to work a hybrid schedule. This option is a blend of onsite and offsite work based on client needs and daily priorities. In general, work is performed onsite at the office, client site, or work-related events for two to three days per week and offsite from home or another location for the remainder. You’ll be assigned a career advisor to provide coaching on your performance and support your career growth at Moss Adams. You’ll have two formal meetings each year to discuss your performance, career aspirations, and set meaningful goals. Between those meetings, you'll have regular check-ins with your advisor to get coaching and support to stay on track with your goals.
You’ll also be assigned a buddy. Your buddy is responsible for helping you become acclimated to the firm. They’ll assist you with professional development and help you navigate your first year at the firm. Consider them someone who can answer all your day-to-day questions.
Travel commitments vary by location, service specialty, industry, and engagement. Ask your recruiter during your interview about the potential amount of required travel.
