Moss Adams is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), which oversees audit services provided by CPA firms to SEC issuers and broker-dealers. In August 2024, the PCAOB issued their report on the 2023 inspection of Moss Adams LLP relating to audit reports issued between May 1, 2022, and April 30, 2023.
