Biography

Adam has worked in the federal and state tax credit industries since 2004. He consults with clients on transferable credits and incentives related to historic rehabilitation, job creation and economic development, renewable energy, and affordable housing.

Adam also advises clients on the structuring of tax credit investment portfolios that can help achieve corporate initiatives such as environmental, social, and governance (ESG); regulatory requirements under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA); managing effective tax rates; and increasing economic returns.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Adam spent 11 years at one of the largest tax credit investors and syndicators in the country. During his tenure at this financial institution, he gained expertise in structuring, underwriting, and managing portfolios of federal and state tax credit transactions, with specialties in historic, new markets, and renewable energy tax credit programs.

Earlier in his career, Adam managed assurance and other attestation services at a public accounting firm, providing services to clients in the federal and state tax credit industries, including but not limited to affordable housing, historic rehabilitation, and new markets tax credit programs.
