Bill has practiced public accounting since 1994, including 14 years with a Big Four firm, providing tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of public and privately held companies as well as high net worth individuals. His experience is primarily in international tax, transfer pricing, and global finance. He consults with multinational clients on cross-border transactions, restructuring of foreign operations, and the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and restructuring of their investments.
Since 2000 Bill’s practice has expanded into international tax accounting (SFAS 109), including the design, adoption, implementation, management, and maintenance of global tax contingency policies and procedures (FIN 48). This combination of global tax expertise and strong financial accounting and reporting skills has allowed him to consult effectively and efficiently for attest clients seeking to streamline their financial audits as well as non-attest clients seeking to establish the appropriate systems and controls around financial reporting. He leads the firm’s International Tax Practice.
