Chuck has worked in tax services since 1997. He advises clients with respect to complex structured transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including related restructuring transactions and debt and equity offerings), legal entity rationalization projects, public offerings, spin-offs, and associated corporate, consolidated return, international, and partnership tax issues.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Chuck worked for a Big Four firm.
