Biography

Kenny has practiced public accounting since 2001. He specializes in Securities and Exchange (SEC) reporting services, accounting, valuation, derivatives, and complex GAAP services. His private-equity and publicly traded clients have provided him with extensive experience working on business combinations and multiple initial and secondary public offerings. Kenny’s industry focus is energy, including oilfield services, power, and manufacturing and distribution companies.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Kenny worked for a Big Four firm as a senior consultant specializing in energy trading projects. He has spoken to industry groups including the North American Petroleum Accounting Conference (NAPAC) and Council of Petroleum Accounts Society (COPAS), covering derivative accounting and other complex GAAP reporting matters.
