Kyle has practiced public accounting since 2011 with a focus on serving financial services organizations. He manages financial statement audits and consulting engagements for publicly traded and privately held companies in the financial services industry, including SEC-reporting banks, private community banks, not-for-profit financial services organizations, asset managers, mortgage companies, fintech, and other closely held specialty finance companies. Kyle has experience with initial public offerings, SEC filings and registration statements, M&A, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley control testing, credit quality reviews, due diligence services, and assisting clients with complex accounting issues.
