Biography

Phil has practiced in public accounting since 2006 and is the tax leader for the Everett office. He works with closely held businesses and their owners; construction and real estate companies; professional services firms; manufacturing companies; and alternative investment vehicles including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. His areas of expertise include entity structuring, estate and succession planning, complex flow-through tax planning, and partnership allocations and transfers.
