Daniel J. Doyle, Independent Director, Central Valley Community Bancorp

Daniel became Independent Director of Central Valley Commuity Bancopr after retiring in 2015. Previously, he served as president of the organization since 2000 and chief executive officer since 1998. From 1995 until joining the bank, he was senior vice president and regional manager of US Bank. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer of US Bank of California.

Tamara G. Gurney, Chief Executive Officer and President, Mission Valley Bank

Tamara serves as president, chief executive officer and director of Mission Valley Bancorp and Mission Valley Bank. Progressing from entry level to EVP in previous banks, Tamara rallied former business associates behind the idea for establishing a new community bank in 2001, creating Mission Valley.

Russell A. Colombo, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bank of Marin and Bank of Marin Bancorp

Russell leads Bank of Marin, a premier community and business bank in the San Francisco Bay Area with 24 offices throughout Marin, Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco, Contra Costa, and Alameda counties. He currently serves on the Board of the Western Bankers Association and is chairman of the Citizens Oversight Committee of Sonoma-Marin Area Rapid Transit (SMART). He is past chairman of Western Independent Bankers Association and a former member of its Executive Committee. He was formerly on the Board of Regents and an Audit Committee member of Hanna Boys Center.

Gary Findley, Esq., President, Gary Steven Findley & Associates

Gary’s law firm specializes in banking law, with expertise areas including regulatory relations and legal work, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate representation, regulatory enforcement action counseling, and capital restoration programs. He is a specialist in creating and legally shepherding new and innovative programs for financial institutions. In addition, he counsels boards of directors and senior managements on maintaining safe financial conditions in a changing and challenging environment. He is director of The Findley Group, the management consulting arm of The Findley Companies. He is also president and editor of The Findley Reports Newsletter and a registered investment advisor.

Asif Dakri , Chief Executive Officer, Wallis Bank

Asif Dakri serves as vice chairman and CEO of Houston-based top small-business lender Wallis State Bank. In 2016 Dakri was named a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s Advisory Committee on Community Banking, a panel that helps shape policies for credit, lending, insurance coverage and regulatory compliance. He represents the FDIC's Dallas region, which covers Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Before joining Wallis Bank, Asif served as an audit lead at Deloitte for SEC chemical clients and then at PWC as a mergers and acquisitions lead for various domestic and international clients.
