As Partner in Charge of Moss Adams San Francisco and Walnut Creek locations, Wenli Wang is responsible for the locations’ brand building, culture, and the team’s growth and development.

Wenli was born and raised in China and immigrated to the United States after college. She leads the China team at Moss Adams and has built a vibrant practice in the cross-border space. Wenli serves as the cultural ambassador and business advisor for inbound China investors, and has built many long-term relationships over the years.

Since starting her public accounting career at Moss Adams over 20 years ago, Wenli has grown from a traditional tax advisor to a seasoned business consultant. She has taken various leadership positions within the firm and in the community. Wenli has served on the firm’s Tax Committee, Forum W Advisory Board, and the firm’s Partner Admission Committee.

Wenli has been recognized on the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women (2015 and 2016), Working Mother’s Working Mother of the Year (2013), and the Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching (2011) lists.

Wenli currently serves on the boards of GlobalSF (Secretary and Treasurer), SFMade (Co-chair), and Cal State East Bay College of Business and Economics Advisory Board.

Wenli received her bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Peking University and MBA in taxation from California State University.

Beverly Bian co-leads Moss Adams China Practice that guides both US and Chinese clients in their goals to implement best-in-class financial and operating practices, allowing clients to meet their financial, tax, and regulatory responsibilities. She bridges Moss Adams professionals’ technical expertise, whether tax or advisory, with the language and cultural understanding of both countries.

Beverly joined Moss Adams from East West Bank and has extensive experience guiding companies through cross-border commercial lending. Prior to East West Bank, Beverly was an equity analyst at hedge funds, making equity investment decisions and leading capital raises.

Beverly is the San Francisco Chapter Chair of 2020 Women on Boards and Rice University MBA Bay Area regional alumni board leader. She is also an advisory board member of China SF and of the University of San Francisco China Business Studies program. Beverly received her MBA in finance from Rice University, her MA in professional communications from Purdue University, and her BA in English from Peking University.
