Sheila Herrera, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Sheila has practiced public accounting since 2006. She primarily works with government contractors, construction, professional service, and government clients. She provides a wide range of services, including the coordination and execution of all aspects of financial statement audits and FAR indirect cost costs; consolidations of various entities; reviews and compilations; single audit compliance; as well as research, resolution, and implementation of complex accounting issues, including implementation of FASB accounting standards and compliance under the FAR.

Karen Meledez, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Karen has practiced accounting since 1999, in both the public and private sectors. She has experience with tax planning and compliance for individuals and business entities, preparation of financial statements, implementation of DCAA-compliant accounting systems and related government contractor reporting, and general business consulting. Karen has provided accounting, tax, and consulting services to a variety of private companies across various industries.
