Dylan has practiced public accounting since 2014. He manages financial statement and regulatory compliance audits for broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, trust banks, and pooled investment vehicles such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.

Syed Rizvi, CPA, CFA, CAIA, ABV, Partner, Moss Adams

Syed has practiced public accounting since 2008. He has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge, credit, and real estate funds. He also has experience providing accounting services to corporate offices of alternative investment funds.

Allison Kelly, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Allison has practiced public accounting since 2009. She provides audit and review services to companies in the financial services, real estate, and professional services industries. This Allison works closely with her clients on complex accounting matters specific to these industries, such as fair value reporting, acquisition accounting, complex compensation models, consolidation issues, and revenue recognition.

Ashley Sievers, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Ashley has practiced public accounting since 2015. In the first part of her career, she served SEC and financial services companies in an external audit capacity. More recently, she’s focused on tax services for venture capital, private equity, and real estate funds where she specializes in complex international and multistate reporting for investment funds and management companies. Ashley is currently in the process of getting her master’s degree in taxation.

Diego Aguirre Torres, Manager, Moss Adams

Diego has been with the firm since 2018. He assists in business valuations, providing valuations of operating companies, intangible assets, family limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.
