Chris has worked in the rural communications industry since 1995, focusing primarily on federal and state regulatory and legislative issues.
As a consultant, Chris has tackled numerous issues surrounding the regulations applicable to small, rural, and Tribal communications companies. Additionally, he worked on mergers and acquisitions for a mid-size holding company and was later responsible for state regulatory affairs for 15 states.
