Jon-Paul “JP” has more than 23 years of tax experience in both public accounting and industry. He has broad experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and internal reorganizations; ASC 740; domestic federal, state, and foreign tax compliance and planning; and large consolidated corporate groups, partnerships, and joint ventures.
JP has worked with publicly traded companies and private equity-backed private companies in the energy, manufacturing, service, technology, engineering, and construction sectors.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, JP was a director at two large international accounting firms. Earlier in his career, he worked in the tax function at a Big Five and a Big Four firm.
