Moss Adams Admits a New Partner and Managing Directors

SEATTLE, Dec. 13, 2019—Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting, consulting and wealth management firms in the nation, is pleased to announce the addition of a new partner and two managing directors.

“Our consulting group has been growing rapidly, allowing us to expand our service offerings and better serve and anticipate the complex needs of our clients,” said Eric Miles, Managing Partner of Consulting. “I’m confident that this group of talented individuals will add tremendous value to the firm and our clients.”

Jason Emmons has joined the firm as a partner. He has been consulting in the information technology field for over 20 years. Emmons specializes in business development, internal controls design and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation and attestation, data analysis, fraud identification, information protection consulting and more.

Sid Paruthi has joined the firm as a managing director to lead the US transfer pricing service line. He has over 20 years of transfer pricing experience both as a leader at Fortune 100 companies and Big Four accounting firms. Paruthi focuses on helping companies evaluate their transfer pricing strategy, preparing economic valuation modeling, and providing support for planning and compliance with local transfer pricing rules.

James Robinson has joined the firm as a managing director. He leads the global indirect tax service line, providing services including supply chain optimization, ERP/IT solutions, and VAT planning. Robinson provides global indirect tax services for businesses across the spectrum of growth stages.
