SAN FRANCISCO, June 27, 2024—Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting, consulting and wealth management firms in the nation, added Josh Grossman as a new tax partner in the firm’s State & Local Tax Services group. Josh brings consulting experience with California income tax as well as a broad range of experience consulting with clients on state, local and corporate tax issues to Moss Adams.

Throughout his career, Josh has guided and supported businesses through the everchanging state and local tax landscape, advising them on how best to meet their business objectives. He specializes in California income tax consulting and controversy matters, including refund reviews and strategic refund claims, Franchise Tax Board (FTB) audit defense, protesting FTB assessments and settlement and closing agreement negotiations. Josh also briefly served as a state and local tax attorney. He earned his Master of Law in taxation from New York University School of Law, and his JD from University of Arizona James E. Rodgers College of Law.
