Student Scholarships

Ignite Scholarship

Each year, we award scholarships to many inspired, driven college freshmen and sophomores interested in pursuing a degree—and a career—in accounting. Established by the Moss Adams Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the $2,500 scholarship awards is applied toward tuition and related costs for selected students.

Student applicants must have three or four years remaining in their coursework, be pursuing a bachelor’s degree—with CPA eligibility—in accounting or a related field, and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. We select students based on a number of factors:

  • Academic achievement
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Extracurricular activities, particularly leadership roles in diversity organizations*
  • Effective communication skills

*This scholarship offering is for students from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, women, LGBTQ individuals, military veterans, and people with disabilities.

The opportunity is posted in January each year with an application deadline in March. To learn more about our Ignite Scholarships, contact your local Moss Adams recruiter or email
