He has obtained the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Swartley analyzes and values physician groups, surgical groups, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare related entities and arrangements for a variety of purposes, including potential sale or merger, joint ventures, damages calculations, fair market value services arrangements, Buy/Sell agreement requirements, corporate and estate planning, shareholder disputes, and financial reporting purposes.
Lawrence Vernaglia is a partner and health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP and serves as chair of the firm’s Industry Teams Department, including Health Care, Life Sciences, Technology and several others.
