Rich has worked in the investment banking industry since 1995. He advises owners and management teams who wish to address liquidity and growth alternatives for shareholders and corporations. Rich’s merger and acquisition assignments include the sale of businesses, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and management buy-outs. His corporate finance experience includes arranging private equity and debt capital to finance internal growth and acquisitions.

Michael was a Senior Partner with Ernst and Young and was Global Industry Leader for EY’s real estate, hospitality and construction practice, and served as a Senior Partner in America’s Risk Management where he designed and implemented enterprise risk management solutions. Michael has had senior management roles in the US and Latin America and his background as a CPA and attorney enables him to assess business challenges from various perspectives and add ideas and solutions and promote consensus among disparate parts of a company. Since 2012, Michael has served as board member and CFO for Newport LLC, a middle market advisory services company based in San Francisco, CA.
