Throughout his career, Rob has managed several large multistate reverse sales and use tax audits and income and franchise tax refund engagements, recovering millions in overpaid taxes.
Ryan provides tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to entities including family-owned businesses, closely held entities, cooperatives, and venture capital-owned businesses; federal and state income tax services to companies operating in multi-state and foreign jurisdictions; consultation in the areas of business succession and transition planning; choice of entity planning; business acquisitions and dispositions; and a variety of federal and state tax credits and incentives associated with research and development, domestic manufacturing, and export activities. Ryan currently serves clients in the manufacturing, distribution, food processing, agriculture, natural resources, and hospitality industries. He takes a hands-on approach to serving his clients and is focused on being actively involved with engagements from planning to completion.
Rachael has been in public accounting since 2009. She provides tax, consulting, and planning services to clients in the food, agribusiness, and beverage industries. Rachael works with closely held businesses and their owners on federal and state income tax services, tax-saving opportunities, choice of entity planning, entity restructuring, export tax planning, business acquisitions and dispositions, and business transition planning.
Sarah has been serving clients with state and local tax services since 2005, including two years with the Washington State Department of Revenue as an auditor. She consults in a wide range of industries, including agribusiness, professional services, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. Sarah assists companies in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities and resolving exposure matters with respect to the Washington business and occupation tax, real estate excise tax, and multi-state sales and use taxes.
Tyler has practiced public accounting since 1996. He helps individuals and business owners navigate financial planning and compliance, providing tax, income, estate, and charitable giving services. Tyler has expertise managing income tax issues for private pass-through entities, family groups, executives, and business owners.
Dominic has been with U.S. Bank since 2008 and has worked in the loan syndications market since 2010. He primarily focuses on structuring, pricing, and originating syndicated credit facilities. Dominic has covered a wide range of geographic territories and industries, and currently works with several lending groups at U.S. Bank—the Community Banking lending unit which encompasses U.S. Bank's 25 state branch network; along with the commercial banking lending units in Portland, the Twin Cities, Seattle, Louisville, and Nashville.
