Colleen has been advising local, state, and Tribal governments and not-for-profits on improving their operations and efficiency since 2005. She helps clients assess their organizational and program effectiveness and assists them with developing and refining their performance and level-of-service measures. Colleen works collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and objectives; develop policies, processes, and tools; and define organizational and programmatic changes to better equip and position them to achieve their goals and objectives.
Libbe has been in public accounting since 2011. She’s familiar with serving Tribal governments and their enterprises including health facilities and casinos. Libbe has experience performing audits under the standards required by OMB as well as auditing debt and other complicated areas of tribal governments.
Georgia has worked in the health care industry since 2011. She provides strategic and operational consulting services to health care providers, governments, and Tribes. Georgia has extensive experience applying for and managing federal grant-funded programs and has worked strategically with many rural organizations to assist them in overcoming their unique challenges and capitalizing on advantages.
