Chris is the managing partner of our Risk Advisory & Compliance group, has over 25 years of SOC experience, and is the founding practice leader for our SOC practice. He has been involved with SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits for our most complex service organizations. His practice areas include SOC auditing, HITRUST and PCI compliance, internal controls reviews, security and privacy audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services, PCI DSS services, SysTrust/WebTrust audits, and independent technology assessments.

Maria Braun, CISA, HITRUST CCSFP, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Maria has over nine years of experience in the public accounting industry and over a year of experience managing SOC, PCI DSS, HIPAA and FedRAMP compliance for a Fortune 100 cloud technology company. She leads some of our most complex multi-national SOC engagements, including coverage spanning multiple SOC reports based on integrated and standalone platforms, as well as common control frameworks mapped for efficiency across up to ten SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, PCI DSS, HITRUST and other frameworks. Maria supports clients for the firm’s SOC, integrated audit, IT assessments and control review engagements.
