Karl brings over 30 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions for government agencies, commercial businesses and large enterprises. Karl’s experience includes serving as VP and General Manager of Global Risk Intelligence at Everbridge where he led a team of intelligence analysts and was responsible for product strategy for risk intelligence. He's held a variety of positions in systems development, strategic planning, business development and product management.
Jeffrey is a globally recognized cybersecurity executive, a retired military officer and a former technical director at National Security Agency. He’s been involved with information security for over 25 years and has expert experience in the military, federal government, financial services, and healthcare industries. Jeffrey has led penetration testing exercises while working at the National Security Agency as a technical director, served on the FBI counterintelligence taskforce and has created security operations teams and GRC teams for financial services and health care organizations. Now with Celerium, Jeffrey provides expert security advice and guidance to small and large companies as well as advisory boards to help them integrate cybersecurity and risk into their overall strategic plans.
Troy has provided IT consulting services since 2001. He leads the firm’s HIPAA & HITRUST Compliance Services. Troy serves clients in a variety of industries including health care, technology, local and Tribal governments, and higher education. Troy has extensive experience managing and leading technology security and compliance assessments using a number of different security frameworks including HITRUST CSF, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST Special Publication 800-53, ISO 27002, Cloud Controls Matrix, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, and others. He leverages his cybersecurity experience to identify areas of potential risk and provide recommendations for remediation.
Brian has practiced public accounting since 1993, providing audit, tax, and consulting services to integrated health systems, hospitals, ancillary providers, mental and convalescent health facilities, and medical groups. Brian has extensive experience in providing advice and counsel in areas of audits, financial reporting, and tax-exempt financings. He performs technical reviews for other health care clients of the firm and has served as an instructor and lecturer for the firm’s Health Care Group.
