Sarah Harper, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Sara has been in public accounting since 2003. She provides tax compliance and consulting services for individuals and owner-managed businesses in the wine, agribusiness, and food and beverage industries. She has experience preparing tax returns for pass through entities and individuals as well as corporations. Sara’s expertise includes strategic tax planning, inventory management, and tax credit and incentive management.

Katie DiBiase, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Katie has practiced public accounting with Moss Adams since 2013. She serves clients in the wine, beer, and spirits; food and beverage; and hospitality industries.

Katie’s experience includes technical tax research projects, tax return and tax provision review, taxing authority notice responses, tax planning for M&A, corporate restructurings, and developing and implementing tax planning strategies for both widely and closely held businesses. Katie is knowledgeable in corporation, S-corporation, partnership, and individual tax matters.
