He resolved Moss Adams’ first ever matter before California’s new Office of Tax Appeals, providing over $2.5 million in benefits to the clients. Chris has been involved in matters involving large and mid-size corporations at every level of administrative controversy.
Since starting his career as a tax practitioner, Josh has specialized in California income tax consulting and controversy matters, including California refund reviews and strategic refund claims, Franchise Tax Board (FTB) audit defense, protesting FTB assessments, settlement and closing agreement negotiations, and appeals before California’s administrative Office of Tax Appeals.
Dylan has practiced public accounting since 2014. He manages financial statement and regulatory compliance audits for broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, trust banks, and pooled investment vehicles such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.
