Laura Theiss, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Laura has practiced public accounting since 2003. She works with clients to provide compliance and tax planning services in professional service and closely held corporations.

Laura has worked closely with clients to provide support for transaction structuring, entity planning, recapitalizations, succession planning, and estate and wealth transfer strategies. She began her career at a Big Four firm.

Dustin Hubbard, CPA, Director, Moss Adams

Dustin has worked in public accounting since 2004 providing state and local tax advisory and compliance services to large multistate companies in various industries. He regularly advises corporations and pass-through entities on state income or franchise tax, sales and use tax, and incentives issues. Dustin also leads consulting engagements for income and franchise tax, and sales and use tax compliance. Dustin has led multistate income and franchise tax refund engagements, recovering millions in overpaid taxes. He oversees the delivery of voluntary disclosure services and audit defense services in most states. He has experience advising clients on nexus-related issues and product sales and use taxability for various types of transactions.

Jarrid McAuliff, CPA, Director, Moss Adams

Jarrid has practiced public accounting since 2012. He provides tax planning and consulting services for corporations, pass-through entities, and professionals who own, invest in, and operate real estate assets.

Jarrid works with clients to develop strategies related to their fixed-asset holdings, including cost segregation studies, energy efficiency incentives, fixed-asset reviews, asset database management, and accounting methods planning.
