His extensive tax services career spans international, partnership, corporate, and individual tax, collaborating across diverse industries. Actively shaping tax legislation, he contributed to drafting the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and has authored definitive books on tax.

She specializes in the tax implications of M&A transactions, corporate tax compliance and consulting issues, and federal income tax research, writing, and technical analysis.
