The most resilient boards actively seek members who bring a diverse mix of skills, perspectives, and experiences to the table.

Especially within the not-for-profit and public sectors, it’s critical to ensure your governance group is well positioned to understand stakeholder needs, fulfill their duties, and utilize their expertise to guide the organization.

Join us for our webcast, Composition, Recruitment, and Succession Planning for Boards. Using real world examples, we’ll explore standard practices to establish board composition, identify gaps, recruit new members, and plan for smooth leadership transitions.
