Rich has practiced public accounting since 1998 and helps clients achieve their goals across a broad spectrum of business areas including taxation, accounting, operations, and government contracts compliance. He provides business tax and consulting services for companies across a wide range of industries with a focus on government contractors in the aerospace and defense sector.

Rich has more than 15 years of experience in government contracting and corporate compliance including Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) accounting, DCAA-compliant business systems design and implementation, contract analysis and administration, rate development, and analysis and proposal development.

Karen Melendez, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Karen has practiced accounting since 1999 in both the public and private sectors. She has experience with tax planning and compliance for individuals and business entities, preparation of financial statements, implementation of DCAA-compliant accounting systems and related government contractor reporting, and general business consulting.

Karen has provided accounting, tax, and consulting services to a variety of private companies across industries such as Department of Defense contractors, aerospace, engineering services, e-commerce, professional services, and manufacturing and consumer products.
