Renée has performed property tax consulting services since 1981. She has concentrated property tax experience in California and has worked on personal and real property issues across the country. Renée is a former member of a Big Four property tax practice based in Los Angeles.

Chris Parker, Partner, Moss Adams

Chris Parker is a principal who began his tax career at California’s Franchise Tax Board in 2004 and joined Moss Adams in 2015. Chris is among leaders of the State & Local Tax and Private Clients Practices, working with executives, business owners, and individuals on matters including wealth transfer, compensation, residency, and planning opportunities.

Chris also leads California Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution Tax Services at Moss Adams.

Estrilla Booth, MST, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Estrilla is a senior manager who began her tax career at California’s Franchise Tax Board in 1993. She’s a former member of a Big Four’s State and local Tax team. She specializes in tax controversy and voluntary disclosures.
