Jason has consulted in the information technology field since 1996. He has experience in business development, internal controls design and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 implementation and attestation, data analysis, fraud identification, information protection consulting, project management, and hardware and software integration. Jason leads enterprise and IT risk assessment projects for companies of all sizes, for various purposes including pre- and post-acquisition due diligence, enterprise risk management, internal audit, and SOX compliance.

Justine Phillips, Partner; Co-Chair, Baker McKenzie

Justine is a partner and co-chair of the Data & Cyber Practice Group for North America. She focuses her practice on both proactive and reactive cybersecurity and data protection services, representing multinational clients in matters related to incident preparedness and response, compliance with global cyber laws, privileged cyber investigations and gap assessments, data governance, and data and cyber litigation. She provides actionable and practical guidance to help businesses manage data, technology, cyberthreats, privacy, security, and digital assets.

Robert Renzulli, CEO, CyberGeist Security

Robert created CyberGeist Security to address the complex gaps in our national security within the sixteen critical infrastructure domains identified by DHS CISA. He works with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Cyber Protection and Intelligence offices, Naval Research Laboratories, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and other private and public agencies. Before founding CyberGeist Security in 2020, Robert was the chief information security officer for the Port of San Diego.

Baie serves as an investment thought leader by presenting the national chief investment office’s current market outlook and investment strategy to major clients across the West division. In this role, she works with clients’ dedicated advisors and portfolio managers to ensure macroeconomic, thematic, and tactical portfolio strategies align with the clients’ specific objectives. Baie has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years having begun her career as a financial analyst at a major investment bank.
