Biography

Alex has practiced public accounting since 2006. He provides business and tax planning services for closely held companies and their owners. His clients include real estate development businesses, general contractors, and manufacturing and distribution companies. Alex concentrates on business tax planning to increase cash flow and tax deduction through value-added services. Examples of such services include cost segregation and depreciation analysis, self-employment tax planning, “check-the-box” LLC to S Corporation conversion strategies, 1031 exchange planning, real estate sales and acquisition transactions, Sec. 199A Qualified Business Income deduction planning, basis calculation, and multistate tax planning. Alex also has extensive knowledge in partnership tax planning and tax strategy implementation, including tax entity structuring.
