Amit has practiced public accounting since 2002. Amit has advised private equity investors, strategic buyers, investment bankers and other capital providers on M&A and divestitures. He has extensive experience with financial due diligence, quality of earnings and quality of revenue analyses, synergies, divestitures, carve-outs, and cross border transactions. He has also provided services to clients in technology, software, professional services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products industries on transactions ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion in enterprise value.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Amit spent nine years working for Big Four firms. He also led a program in India’s education sector providing focused academic interventions to school children. In addition, he implemented a sustainable model of low-cost academic support in local communities that evolved into an independent social-for-profit enterprise.
