Jason has been practicing public accounting since 1994, primarily working with technology and other venture-backed start-ups on domestic and international tax planning, incentive planning, and growth strategy issues. He provides these tax services for companies in a range of growth stages, leading up to and through post-IPO. Jason also provides tax planning  planning services for high net worth individuals and their related businesses, including partnerships and corporations. He also advises his clients on compensation, stock option planning, and taxation of investments, including real estate and trusts.
