Liana has been practicing public accounting since 1992, primarily providing auditing and consulting services for ERISA plans. A frequent seminar speaker, she’s highly versed in all aspects of employee benefit plan audits, including 401(k), pension, and health and welfare plans as well as Form 11-K filing requirements with the SEC.
Liana manages approximately 65 ERISA audits annually, working closely with human resources and finance employees as well as third-party administrators, trustees, and custodians in planning and performing these audits. She also leads a variety of financial statement audits for privately held and venture-backed companies in the technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
