Biography

Mark has practiced public accounting since 2000. His experience includes audits of mid-size public and private enterprises in the oil and gas upstream (exploration and production), oilfield service, construction, and manufacturing and distribution industries. He has also provided audit services to large public and private enterprises in upstream energy.

Mark’s background includes assisting both public and private clients with a variety of significant transactions, including public and private common and preferred stock offerings as well as private placements of debt and equity. He has substantial experience with registration statements on Forms S-1, S-3, S-4, and S-8, and in reviews of quarterly and annual filings on Forms 10-Q and 10-K, respectively. Prior to Moss Adams LLP, Mark worked in the Houston energy practice of a Big Four firm as an audit senior manager with a focus on mid-size and large SEC registrants in the upstream oil and gas sector.
