Biography

Michael has over 30 years of business experience and has focused on transaction advisory services (TAS) for private equity (PE) and corporate clients since 2008 for buy- and sell-side transactions. His experience covers a broad range of industries with a focus on manufacturing and distribution and consumer products (apparel, beauty, food and beverage, and personal care) sold through channels including e-commerce, multiunit retail, wholesale, and specialty. He also advises on transactions for restaurants, franchises, and hospitality.

Prior to his work in TAS, Michael spent over 10 years in business finance, global product management, and corporate development at large multinational companies. He began his career at a Big Four firm in Toronto, Canada in the assurance and consulting practices.
