Biography

Alex has practiced public accounting since 2006. He provides business and tax planning services for closely held companies and their owners. His clients include real estate development businesses, general contractors, and manufacturing and distribution companies. Alex concentrates on business tax planning to maximize cash flow and tax deduction through value added services such as cost segregation and depreciation analysis, 1031 exchanges, real estate sales and acquisition transactions, domestic production activities deductions, basis calculation, and multi-state tax planning. He also has extensive knowledge in partnership tax planning and tax strategy implementation.
