As chief innovation officer, Bill is responsible for the incubation, implementation, and overall strategy of new ideas, processes, and services within the firm. He oversees the firm’s innovation, transformation, and change management functions, and spearheads major firmwide initiatives across practices and departments.

Bill has practiced in public accounting since 1994, starting with Moss Adams in 2007 after 13 years at a Big Four firm. His experience is primarily in international tax, transfer pricing, and global finance. As a tax partner, he provided tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of public and privately held companies as well as high net worth individuals. He consulted with multinational clients on cross-border transactions, restructuring of foreign operations, and the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and restructuring of their investments.
