Biography

Bob has deep technical knowledge and extensive multistate tax experience, specializing in state and local tax matters since 1996. He advises large multinational corporations, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses across a wide range of industries including manufacturing & consumer products, construction, transportation & logistics, not-for-profit, governments, telecommunications, and e-commerce. He also has Canadian and value-added tax experience.

Bob provides strategic guidance on state tax strategy and planning, business development, audit and controversy, M&A, due diligence, tax structuring, credits and incentives, property, and employment taxes. He also leads state direct and indirect tax compliance, tax refund reviews, and payroll tax consulting matters, helping clients improve their tax positions and mitigate risks effectively.
